12 Hour Shift (42 Hr Work Week) SAMPLE

Twelve hour shifts are day or night and regular 12 hour units currently begin either at 9:30 for day shift and 21:30 for nights.

On-call assignments are based on the employee’s assigned work shift. For example, individuals working a 12 hour day shift schedule will be on-call for 12 hours during the day. During this time, you will be compensated at $2.00/hr on-call pay. In the event that you are called in while on-call, you will be compensated at an overtime rate for any time worked over 40 hours during that week.
