Medic wages are set by the Meet and Confer Agreement between the Austin-Travis County EMS Employees Association and The City of Austin. Our current agreement became effective on September 16, 2018, and is a four-year contract. Over the four year contract period, increases in base wages will be applied each year as follows: 2% for each of the first 3 years (6%) and 1% the final year.
